The technical academy in beni-swef was established for el-sewedy electrical to train students,
preparing technical and professional workers according to real practical site needs so we implement a drinking water purification plant to purify water from impurities and make it potable for using (300m3/day capacity) , also implement a sewage and industrial treatment plant to become eligible for pouring it into main exchange (160m3/day capacity)
Design and implement a water purification plant and a sewage treatment plant in terms of civil, mechanical and electrical works and then operation and maintenance for 1 year.
The first station: Implementation of a drinking water purification plant with a capacity of 300 m3/day
The second station:: Implementation of a sewage treatment water plant with a capacity of 160 m3/day
a) Water purification plant
- Receiving water from the lines branching from main line into purification plants.
- The water collected inside tanks to calm its flow so that its easy to control its pumping.
- We use pumps to pump water into multi-media carbonic sandy filter to rip out any impurities or smell so that getting filtered water of percentage not less than 95%
- To prevent creating any undesirable bacteria, here chlorine tanks are coming to equalize the chlorine percentage in water to get the required percentage.
- To improve quality and purification of water with a percentage up to 98% the ionic cartridge filter plays a role to purify invisible impurities to get potable water.
- Finally. Water is collected in storage tanks which are connected with pumps to distribute water to whole village.
