At the last time , Egypt has directed its concerns to develop the livestock breeding aims and implement fattening ,striping farms .

In recent time the government opens several livestock and striping farms which prepared with the latest working methods and the most secure means to get rip of waste even recycled it , reuse it and benefit from it in different fields like irrigation and earth fertilizers by implementing the latest methods.

We implement this project by implementing sewage treatment station of the striping farms in yashaa 200m3/day capacity and 5 stations in each area of ( El-Hamam – Al-Sadat – wadi ElNatron ) 100m3/day capacity.   

Implementing 16 stripping sewage treatment stations in terms of civil , mechanical and electrical works.

•  Receiving water into collection tanks each one 20m3 capacity passing through bar screen to filter water from heavy impurities.
•  Then entering the impurities separation unit to filter water from sand and undecay sludge for reaching two phases
  Phase 1: Drying stage
•  Collect undecay hard sludge to dry it in drier tank until it becomes ready to use it as an organic fertilizer.
  Phase 2: Treatment and Distributing
•  Filtering water from visible heavy impurities to ensure the water purity and preparing it well for treatment stage
•  After purification , water pumped into aeriation tank where biological treatment occurs by using air molecules and sun rays which they help to kill harmful bacteria .
•  To settle sludge and calm water flow, sedimentation basin role is coming to settle impurities so that getting clean water, in which equalizing chlorine ratios after that, and then extract the sludge from collected sludge tank to dry it and use it as an organic fertilizer.
•  Before storing water we filter it by passing through multi-media filter to purify water from invisible impurities and then store it into storage tanks for irrigating .
  This process is equipped with civil works as reinforced concrete footings and steel coverage.
•  

• Protect environment, water recourses and human life.
•  Reuse treated water and treated hard biological waste in agricultural irrigation.
•  Reducing the consumption of fresh water specially in dry areas.
•  introducing new crops and increasing green area which ensures reduction of environmental pollution.
•  Increasing awareness to citizen of the dangerous of excessive water consumption with no limit.
•  Everlasting development of treatment methods to limit spreading pollutants in environment.
